Seattle’s Best Saturday’s Blend

Who here doesn’t like Saturdays? I mean, I love it for the simple reason that I don’t have work on the weekends. How about you? Well, if you’re wondering why I brought up Saturday, that’s because I recently tried out Seattle’s Best’s Saturday’s Blend and will be sharing my thoughts about the coffee. Here goes:

Aroma wise, I wasn’t sure if this coffee is as fragrant as the others. I take into account that this could be because it had been sitting in my cupboard for quite a while now. I was still able to detect a faint sweet scent, but it didn’t really ruin the coffee experience for me.

Moving on to the taste, Saturday’s Blend has a rather sharp, roasted flavor to it that gives it a strong taste. But it also has a cocoa-like taste to it, making it a pleasant and relaxing drink. Just right for a peaceful Saturday morning, don’t you think?

I took it black, but mixing milk and sugar to the drink didn’t make the coffee any less enjoyable. I paired with a blueberry waffle and it turned out really well, too.

Anyway, enough of what I think. I’d like to know what you have to say about Seattle’s Best’s Saturday’s Blend. Do share your thoughts over at the comments section so we can talk about it over a cup of coffee.

This is my favorite bag of coffee now. I literally drink it on a regular basis as my "main-stay" ! Very smooth and the price is right. I love to sip on it and play with my Scottsdale Stacker Silver Bars. Something about coffee and silver bullion that makes me relax before the day. Will also comment that this is a great blend for iced coffee too.
