Seattle’s Best Autumn Reserve Blend

Seasonal coffees, I think, are great because you look forward to the time when such a coffee is available. At the same time, though, it annoys me that whenever I feel the sudden craving for a certain seasonal coffee and they’re not in season yet, I’d have to suck it up and look for the closest alternative.

In line with seasonal coffees, I’m going to do a review on Seattle’s Best’s Autumn Reserve Blend.

Let’s break it down, shall we?

Aroma-wise, I enjoyed the roasted scent of this coffee. It had an herbal hint to it which I can’t quite put my finger on.

About the flavor, I detected a hint of spice to the taste. Cinnamon, is it? Seriously, I can’t put my finger on what that hint of herbal scent and taste is. I find this coffee’s flavor rather rich, not only in variety but in intensity. I enjoyed the overall sweetness of the coffee, too.

This full-bodied coffee had a light to medium acidity, which is good for people with slightly sensitive stomachs. I think I’d prefer this coffee better as an after dinner beverage. It would make for a great night cap, I believe.

Now, I pass the mic to you. What do you think of Seattle’s Best’s Autumn Reserve?
