Millstone Coffee Foglifter
Moving on with our Millstone Coffee review series, I went out to try their Foglifter. Said to be a mix of high-grown Arabicas from Sumatra, Guatemala, Brazil, Kenya, and Colombia, this coffee bean packs a mean punch.
And I don’t mean that it’s awful-tasting or whatever. I just think the blend of flavors made it quite interesting. The beans in their Foglifter blend, according to the Millstone Coffee site, is a blend of light and dark roasts. So the flavor you get out of it is rather special.
I ground and brewed enough for my own little coffee tasting session and found that the aroma this coffee produces is a rather spicy aroma. Makes for a great “wake-up, get out of bed, and smell the coffee” kind of day.
the Foglifter presents a rich, full-bodied coffee that’s pretty much great for any time of the day. But, yeah, like most people, I drink more coffee in the mornings. I did like the Foglifter’s terrific finish.
Again, like any other medium-intensity coffees, it may cause stomach upset on people with sensitive tummies after the first or second cup. I’m just glad I don’t often have those spells.
Now, I’d like to hear about your comments on the Millstone Coffee Foglifter. Have you tried it? How did you like it? If you haven’t tried it, would you consider giving it a go and telling me what you thought of the coffee?
